# TSANet Legal Framework

Utilize a standard legal framework created by many of the industry’s largest companies to quickly establish relationships. All members agree to the following documents:

1. Bylaws - Defines organizational structure, member levels, joining criteria, termination guidelines and general business scope
2. Database and License: Agreement to utilize TSANet Connect
3. Code of Conduct: Defines responsibilities and obligations of members when collaborating
   1. Defines types of relationships
   2. Competition and anti-competitive activities
   3. Notices to Members
   4. Treatment of confidential data between member companies (e.g. GDPR)
   5. Limitation of Liability
   6. Legal Precedence
