# Service Partner Framework

TSANet is now available for Managed Service Providers, System Integrators, Third Party Maintainers and Value Added Resellers.  Service Partners benefit from a consistance and efficient method of connecting to all Vendors.   

The [OEM & Service Provider Support model ](/connect/documentation/getting-started/use-cases.md)is used between Service Providers and Vendors.

The Partner Program setup process is used to provide a path between the Service Partner and the Vendors they support.
