# Users
## User Access Management
Elite, Premium and Standard Members may choose one of three access methods to TSANet Connect:
* **Requires Registration** – Users submit a form to be approved by a Members’ designated Manager for access. This method is for Members who want to control access to TSANet Connect.
* **Email Authentication Link** – Users supply a company email address and automatically receive a link that provides access. Users can make this a permanent account by setting a password. This method is for Members who want to provide easy access for a large number of support engineers in their company.

**Email Domain Match**: the email defined must be used to create a user account. Multiple and subdomains allowed. [**Contact TSANet**](https://tsanet.gitbook.io/connect/help-center/) to add, delete, or modify email domain.
