## Overview

All members can use the Web App.   It is also possible to use the web app while using the connectors. This can be helpful for phase deployments of the connector or allowing users who do not have access to the CRM system to contribute (Example, Escalation and product teams).  A few points about the WebApp:

1. The WebApp has the same functionality as all connectors (Bi-directional Create, Update, Notes and Attachments)
2. Email is used to notify the user of activity (for example, a new note)
3. The WebApp is used for admin tasks involving the connectors (example:  Process forms, Groups, API user)
