## Collaboration Requests

Provides information on both inbound and outbound requests via TSANet Connect. TSANet does not capture information beyond the initial request and response. Members can download this data and combine it with internal Case data to create reports such as Partner response time and overall Case resolution times. To export report of inbound and outbound requests, select a Date range and click "Export Details to Excel".

**Note**:  System Connectors provide additional reporting with the Members System reporting environment.
