This demo provides a high-level overview of TSANet Connect, designed to highlight its key features, user experience, and the value it brings to your workflow or organization.

Overview

All members can use the WebApp. It is also possible to use the web app while using the connectors. This can be helpful for phase deployments of the connector or allowing users who do not have access to the CRM system to contribute (Example, Escalation and product teams). A few points about the WebApp:

  1. The WebApp has the same functionality as all connectors (Bi-directional Create, Update, Notes and Attachments)

  2. Email is used to notify the user of activity (for example, a new note)

  3. The WebApp is used for admin tasks involving the connectors (example , Proces forms, Groups, API user)
